Who are Midlands Record Fairs
At heart we are vinyl record collectors come full time record dealers, wanting to provide a diverse range of stock, for you the buyer, catering for all genres, hand picking our record dealers from across the UK to attend our events. We hope you enjoy our fairs, and we look forward to hearing any feedback you may have.

Free car parking for both buyers and sellers. All buyers & sellers must enter their details / car details on the tablet device as 'CONFERENCE GUEST', at the hotel reception, failure to do so will result in a fine being issued.

Traders take a mix of card payments and cash so please make sure you have both available
£5 admission per person for 'Early Bird' from 9am - Payment cash on door
£1 admission per person for buyers from 10am - Payment cash on door
Free admission for everyone from 1.30pm
Students presenting a valid NUS card have free entry from 10am onwards
The fair closes at 3pm

Table Hire: £42 for 1 Table , £75 for 2 Tables and £95 for 3
All table bookings are to be made directly via phone or email - Details can be seen below
Please arrive no earlier than 8am to setup your stall
